Answers to common questions below.

How much does it cost? Our games are $35 per person.

Are the games public or private bookings? All bookings are private. You and your party will have the room to yourselves for the entirety of your game time.

Do I need to book in advance? Yes, games must be booked online or by phone at least 2 hours ahead of your game time. Contact us to inquire about the current availability of game times or if you have further questions.

How long are the games? Most games are between 60-70 minutes

What is the age limit? In family groups all ages are allowed. For party or large groups all ages must be at least 14. All youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Contact us to discuss exceptions.

Am I really locked in? No. For safety purposes the room doors are never locked.

What happens if I'm late? There are no guarantees for a game experience if you are late. If you miss your game time, depending on scheduling, you may have to book another day and time for your game experience. Please make sure your group arrives 15 minutes early.

What if I have a team of more than 10 players? Contact us to find out the best options to help accommodate your group. Corporate events are welcome and it is helpful to contact us at least a week in advance to give your team the best experience.

Do we accommodate pregnant or handicapped people? Yes. Although every game is not fully wheelchair or physically handicap accessible, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Depending on the game and your needs, please contact us so that we may help you decide what game would be best for your party. Be aware there may be flickering lights, sounds, and startling surprises. Contact us for more details.

Why did we start building escape games in Arizona? We at Paragon love to design and create. We used to build Haunted Houses in different parts of the Arizona valley; from Queen Creek to Mesa, Gilbert to Chandler, Phoenix to Tempe, you name it! We wanted to reinvent our haunts so we began adding in puzzles. During one of our Queen Creek haunts, a few groups compared our haunt to an escape room. We had no idea what an escape room was at the time since escape games were so new to Arizona at the time. We decided to play our first game in Mesa to see what the hype was about. Although we enjoyed our time, we were expecting to be more impressed by the game. We realized that we had the potential to make an escape game that nobody in Arizona had experienced before, so we set ourselves up on the edge of Mesa and Queen Creek to start this Paragon adventure!
